Starting all over again...

As you can imagine, since the unexpected death of my beloved Soccer Mom, it's been tough trying to write something for this blog. But today I realized it was time to get back up on that horse and make a post. Spoiler alert - this entry is far from sexually explicit...I just felt the need to update things.

Since last February, I've had a couple more escapades with S, my ex-GF from college (yes, I realize I never finished the one from the post below). But for some reason I just haven't felt motivated to post them. Really there's not much difference to them; we meet, we fuck, we enjoy each other's company, we part. Besides, we both know there's no way we'll leave our SO's.

I also debated for awhile about shutting down the blog for good. But the weekly traffic reports tell me that someone (or a few someones) are still checking out the blog, if even for a minute or two. So I canned that idea.

On the bright side of things, I have met someone new. Not through Ashley Madison, but through a work-related connection. She's closer to my age, divorced, no children. We've met for lunch a few times outside of the instances where we attend meetings together as volunteers for a local non-profit. But the more we talk, the more we seem to share similar values and the more of a mutual attraction seems to be building. She's one hell of a flirt, I've discovered, and she gets as well as she gives. I hope I'm not jinxing things by saying that. She does know I'm attached, but I think she's also gathered that I'm not so attached that something between us could happen. We'll see.

You know, it felt really good to write this. I'll do my best to keep ya'll updated on what's going on.
